Job Description

Inside the IT Corporate Investment Banking division, in particular, the Global Markets and Risk main department, the Calypso Team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with at least 4 years of experience. The service will involve working closely with stakeholders to enhance and support our Calypso/Adenza financial software, specifically within the Collateral Management module. The mission of the Business Analyst, reporting to the Squad Lead, will involve: 

• Analyze business requirements with users and project managers to continuously enhance the software. 

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. 

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and training to end-users. 

• Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, user guides, and training materials. 

• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. 

• Support actions related to user production requests. 

• Support developers regarding new functionalities to implement. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• At least 4 years of experience in a business analyst role within an IT Department. Nice to have financial markets experience or know how. 

• Familiarity with Financial Markets type software/modules is highly desirable.  

  • English proficiency.
