Opportunity – Key Responsibilities

What you will do:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Business Partner to connect the technology and Commercial areas. This role involves understanding commercial needs and translating it into technological solutions, ensuring that the IT strategy is aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between the IT team and commercial, ensuring that requirements are understood and met.
- Analyze and understand commercial processes through "As-Is" and "To-Be" mapping, proposing improvements via process optimization and the implementation of new systems or tools.
- Stay aligned and up-to-date on global IT standards to ensure synergy, cost reduction, and process improvement.
- Monitor market trends and technological innovations applicable to the commercial area.
- Manage strategic projects from conception to delivery, ensuring that technological resources meet business expectations.
- Manage vendors by monitoring the quality of deliverables and internal customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills:

- At least 5 years of prior experience as an IT Business Partner within a commercial area.

- Knowledge of e-commerce tools.

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.

- Ability to understand business processes and devise innovative solutions.

- Experience in project management using predictive, agile, or hybrid methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Fluency in English (required)

- Advanced Spanish (desired)
