About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Associate I to join our End User Computing team. This is an entry-level, on-site role focused on providing hands-on technical support, device provisioning, and day-to-day IT operations for internal users. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and accounts for new hires
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage and resolve tickets within defined SLAs using the ITSM system
- Troubleshoot Google Workspace tools and collaborate on the migration from Microsoft environments
- Maintain asset inventory and equipment tracking
- Escalate complex issues when needed and document solutions
- Support onsite users and coordinate with remote sites when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency
- Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Admin basics)
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows, O365)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-service mindset and clear communication
- Ability to work on-site full-time
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Familiarity with JumpCloud
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or other device management tools
- Previous internship or help desk experience (1 year experience)
