About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Associate I to join our End User Computing team. This is an entry-level, on-site role focused on providing hands-on technical support, device provisioning, and day-to-day IT operations for internal users. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and accounts for new hires
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage and resolve tickets within defined SLAs using the ITSM system
  • Troubleshoot Google Workspace tools and collaborate on the migration from Microsoft environments
  • Maintain asset inventory and equipment tracking
  • Escalate complex issues when needed and document solutions
  • Support onsite users and coordinate with remote sites when required


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic to intermediate English proficiency
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Admin basics)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows, O365)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-service mindset and clear communication
  • Ability to work on-site full-time

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira / Jira Service Management (JSM)
  • Familiarity with JumpCloud
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune or other device management tools
  • Previous internship or help desk experience (1 year experience)
