Position Overview

All-Pro Auto Reconditioning is seeking an IT Associate to support our internal billing platform used to price and invoice reconditioning work. This is a data administration role focused on maintaining accurate, current, and consistent information within that system.

The position involves regular record maintenance, verification of data against approved sources, and follow-up on discrepancies. Work is detail-oriented and follows established procedures.

This is an entry-level position within a small IT team. The IT Associate reports to the Head of IT and receives full training on all applicable systems and processes. Prior experience with automotive or reconditioning software is not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and maintain pricing across customer accounts, verifying accuracy before changes take effect and confirming correct application afterward
  • Maintain personnel records for field staff through hiring, location and role changes, and separation, and reconcile those records against other company sources on a defined schedule
  • Conduct scheduled audits of system data to identify duplicate records, incomplete entries, and information that no longer matches its approved source
  • Document audit findings and coordinate with the responsible department contact through resolution
  • Apply established configuration standards when new accounts, locations, or service items are added, and escalate exceptions
  • Respond to routine end-user inquiries from field and management staff, resolving or escalating as appropriate and maintaining accurate records of each request
  • Maintain documentation for assigned processes and procedures

QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheet software, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in repetitive data work
  • Clear and concise written communication
  • Ability to follow documented procedures consistently and identify when a procedure requires revision
  • Effective communication with non-technical staff
  • Dependable attendance, as assigned tasks are time-sensitive
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an office, data entry, dispatch, service advisor, or help desk capacity
  • Familiarity with automotive service or dealership operations
  • Coursework or certification in information technology, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience with a ticketing or work management system
