Maintains pricing, personnel, account, location, and service-item data in an internal billing platform. Performs scheduled audits, verifies records against approved sources, resolves discrepancies, documents findings, applies configuration standards, and responds to routine user inquiries. The role follows established procedures, maintains process documentation, and escalates exceptions when needed. Full training is provided, and prior automotive or reconditioning software experience is not required.

Own and run multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end (paid social, Google Ads, geofencing, display); produce dealer-facing collateral and social content; manage PR/earned media and executive communications; handle ad spend, reporting, dashboards, and regional marketing calendars. Deliver final-quality work independently with executive visibility.
