The Technology Services Coordinator supports the administration and daily operations of Bingham Healthcare's employee mobile device and communication services program. This position works closely with employees, department leaders, vendors, and Information Technology staff to ensure devices, services, inventories, and billing records are managed accurately and efficiently.
This role combines customer service, technology support, inventory management, data analysis, and administrative coordination to help maintain effective communication systems across the organization.
What You'll DoTechnology & Mobile Device Management• Assist in the administration of employee mobile device and cellular service programs
• Maintain accurate inventories of devices, accessories, and assigned equipment
• Track monthly service costs, billing records, and hardware purchases
• Coordinate device provisioning, replacements, upgrades, and returns
• Assist with technology asset management and documentation
• Serve as a primary resource for employees regarding mobile device services and support
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to address service-related needs
• Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a diverse workforce
• Maintain accurate employee records and technology databases
• Prepare reports and assist with account reconciliation activities
• Ensure payroll deductions and departmental charges are processed accurately
• Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned
