Requirements
Qualification/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field.
Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, IT support, or business systems are considered an advantage.
Experience
0–3 years of experience in IT applications, technical support, enterprise systems, or related fields.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn may also be considered
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Basic understanding of enterprise applications and business systems.
Knowledge of application support processes and ticket handling practices.
Familiarity with ERP or enterprise platforms is preferred.
Basic understanding of databases, reporting tools, and system administration concepts.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
