Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive application functionality, configuration and support expertise for application software solutions; works with business analysts, architects, technical experts and software vendors on the solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists in the analysis and evaluation of application functionality. Documents recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality to improve business processes and capabilities. Contributes to the determination and documentation of optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications. Configures and verifies application setup and configuration. Develops expertise in emerging application and solution trends and functionality. Provides functional recommendations for assigned applications and systems. Contributes to the analysis of potential application solutions, Able to document recommended solutions to address functionality gaps in the application. Works with vendors to improve application functionality and resolve functionality issues. Documents and reviews functional, architecture and technical requirements and designs for process owners, business analysts, and architects. Contributes knowledge and serves as a contact resource for content, processes, procedures and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and application support (as needed). Documents functional specifications for a given project from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the program, application, or complete solution.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead management of medium‑complexity, custom‑built low‑code applications, like FIMS & TLMS covering end‑to‑end lifecycle activities including requirement finalization, solution design, development reviews, unit testing, and UAT coordination and ongoing support with agreed SLAs.
- Provide coordination and support for central application rollouts, like TBWS, Skillspod ensuring seamless integration and adoption across business teams.
- Drive requirement gathering and platform selection, engaging in end‑to‑end project execution to deliver optimal business solutions.
- Provide Oracle Applications support, including issue resolution and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to enable process automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Independently manage HPC support, coordinating with global teams, vendor partners (XISS), and business stakeholders for timely issue resolution and service continuity.
- Handle vendor management, along with coordination and support for annual internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and governance adherence
This role is needs to take end-to-end ownership and accountability across a range of medium-complexity, custom low-code applications in ITO. These include essential platforms like FIMS (Financial Information Management System) for manpower billing and TLMS (Test Ops and Labs Management System) for Test Ops and Labs requests, scheduling, and billing. This role should ensure reliable delivery from requirement finalization and solution design through development oversight, UAT, production support, and adherence to SLAs.
This role should participate in central execution and integration lead for enterprise rollouts such as TBWS (Team Based Work System) and Skillspod (Skill Matrix app), facilitating seamless adoption across business teams while aligning solutions with both local and global process needs. The candidate independently should manage requirement gathering, platform selection, and full project execution, and to provide ongoing Oracle Applications support while bridging stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.
Another key aspect of this role is driving automation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making through the design and support of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions. Furthermore, it is responsible for service continuity and governance by independently owning HPC support, managing vendors, and coordinating internal and external audits.
