You will be working with a diverse range of customers, providing technical support and solving problems on-site. The ideal candidate has experience in information technology and is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with customers.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site technical support to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
- Train and educate customers on software and hardware systems
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and resolve complex problems
- Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates and communicating effectively
Requirements
- Open to individuals from all educational backgrounds, including students and recent graduates
- Strong interest in gaining experience in a professional setting
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively
- Positive attitude and eagerness to engage in various activities
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is a plus
