Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation, integration, and support of enterprise applications (Email, SAP, Licenses, etc.).
- Manage both end-user and enterprise-level application requirements to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Lead IT projects from planning through to implementation, including full project lifecycle management.
- Partner with business process owners to align application functionality with operational needs.
- Manage application rollout strategies, ensuring smooth adoption and integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system usage and business process automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT application management or enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP and Office 365.
- Proven project management experience, from initiation to implementation.
- Strong understanding of business processes and IT integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
