What you’ll do
As an IT Application Analyst in the finance area, you will have the opportunity to manage, develop, and support the IT services provided for Sanoma’s Finance function. You will collaborate closely with the Finance organization, your colleagues in Sanoma IT, and our vendors. Your responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, solution development (configuration), incident management and delivering the service with the team. This position could be placed in various countries where Sanoma is represented.
Who you are
You are an experienced SAP ECC and/or S/4Hana analyst/developer with a solid track record working with IT Services. You understand the different modules in ERP and good understanding of finance module functionality and configuration. You are flexible, open-minded, service oriented with good communication and interaction skills. Good understanding of SAP finance modules and hands-on experience with SAP application / system development is essential for success in this role.
Formal Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience in relevant IT positions, preferably in development, configuration and incident management operations in a large-scale environment
Good understanding of finance processes and experience on SAP ERP finance configuration
Knowledge of S/4Hana public cloud, BTP capabilities, Datasphere and SAC is seen as advantage
Knowledge of different kinds of integration technologies (especially SAP BTP integration suite would be an advantage)
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, as well as the local language in your country of residence
Keys to Success
Good requirement gathering skills with the ability to capture finance business processes
Configuration knowledge on SAP applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an excellent attention to detail
Understanding of application and integration security and privacy concepts
Good communication and social skills, with ability to adjust your message to the audience
Ability to work in virtual and international teams
A team player taking initiative
A proactive mindset focused on continuous learning and the enhancement of processes and applications
