Job Summary**
The IT Application Admin II at Jabil Vietnam Company Limited is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of various business-critical applications, ensuring their optimal performance, availability, and security.
Job Responsibilities**
* Administer and maintain assigned business applications, including configuration, patching, and upgrades.
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues, collaborating with users and other IT teams to resolve problems efficiently.
* Monitor application performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure system stability.
* Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings within applications, adhering to company policies and best practices.
* Develop and maintain documentation for application configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
* Participate in the evaluation, testing, and deployment of new application features or enhancements.
* Collaborate with development teams and vendors to address application bugs and implement resolutions.
* Assist in the training of end-users on application functionalities and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data privacy regulations.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in IT application administration or support.
* Proven experience with administering and supporting enterprise-level applications (e.g. MES, PLM).
* Strong understanding of database concepts (SQL Server) and experience with SQL queries.
* Familiarity with Windows Server operating systems and basic networking principles.
* Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
