OverviewThe IT Analyst supports day-to-day operations and optimization of enterprise applications, with a primary focus on supporting IT Shared Services within the Office of the CIO.
This role assists with IT resource planning, data analysis, and the development of presentations and reporting materials to support leadership decision-making.
The IT Analyst is responsible for supporting application builds, upgrades, and enhancements while analyzing business and technical needs to recommend solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. This role partners with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to evaluate workflows, gather requirements, and ensure effective application utilization.
Responsibilities include supporting incident, problem, and change management, developing and executing test plans for system updates, and maintaining documentation of test results and system changes. The analyst also supports application integration efforts, communicates system updates and issues, and contributes to smaller projects or components of larger initiatives.
This role will also support Workday Security functions as part of ongoing responsibilities, working closely with internal teams to ensure appropriate system access and governance.
As an experienced professional, the IT Analyst works independently with general supervision, applies practical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems, and may influence others through effective communication and collaboration.
EducationBachelor’s Degree (Required)

3+ years of relevant experience with a degree
5+ years of relevant experience without a degree

ExperienceExperience supporting enterprise applications, including system builds, upgrades, and enhancements
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation development (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools)
Experience gathering business requirements and performing workflow analysis to support process improvement
Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes in an IT environment
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
