JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Partnering with business functions to understand and address IT needs.

Analyzing and discussing value drivers to identify opportunities.

Leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects with relevant stakeholders and global teams.

Understand the business processes and identify business specific needs and innovation.

Leveraging internal platforms or advocating new technologies to drive business objectives.
-
Drive data & analytics agenda and drive data driven decision-making.
-
Liaise with cross functional teams to create and implement the business strategy.

Lead the project update meetings and drive governance as part of project management.

Effectively managing the timelines and business priorities.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
-
Bachelors in business administration / IT / Computer Science
-
1-2 years of experience in IT Project Management or IT Business Partnering.

Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and growth mindset.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
