As an IT Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and develop technology solutions to meet those requirements. Your role will involve performing system testing and ensuring quality assurance to deliver reliable and efficient business systems. You will provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive successful system implementations.
You will report directly to our IT Manager Information Systems, and you’ll work out of our Mason, Ohio location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by leveraging your expertise in business systems analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and optimize system functionality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop technology solutions
- Perform system testing and ensure quality assurance
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts
- Collaborate with Finance teams to validate frozen costs, overheads, and pricing factors.
- Work with C&E, Integrators, Product Management, and Pricing Managers on pricing initiatives.
- Support automation efforts to improve pricing accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis or related role
- Strong knowledge of business processes and systems
- Experience with system implementation and project management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
