About the role

We are looking for a curious and hands-on IT & AI Solutions Intern to join our team and contribute to two key areas: IT, Security & Networks, and AI Solutions.

You will help keep our technology running smoothly while exploring how AI and automation can solve real business challenges. Working alongside technical and business teams, you will support day-to-day IT operations and help build, test and improve practical AI solutions and integrations.

No previous professional experience is required. We are looking for someone with technical curiosity, a problem-solving mindset and a genuine motivation to learn, experiment and turn ideas into working solutions.

Key responsibilities

IT, Security & Networks

  • Support the configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of devices, applications, connectivity and user access.
  • Help colleagues resolve everyday technical issues and improve their experience with technology.
  • Assist with basic security practices to help protect systems, devices and data.
  • Support IT operations across office and factory environments, including hardware and software maintenance.
  • Improve technical documentation, automate recurring tasks and identify opportunities to make IT processes more efficient.

AI Solutions & Automation

  • Work with business teams to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
  • Help build, test and improve practical solutions using AI models, scripts, APIs and connected tools.
  • Develop prototypes, gather user feedback and iterate on solutions based on real business needs.
  • Support integrations between tools and platforms such as Google Workspace, NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM), including MCP integrations.
  • Explore integration and automation platforms such as Workato, Cleo and Retool to connect systems and build useful internal tools.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions, from understanding the initial problem to supporting adoption by end users.

Technical environment

You will have the opportunity to explore and learn about a variety of technologies, including:

  • IT, Security & Networks: Microsoft and Linux systems, multi-site connectivity, hardware and software maintenance, and cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS.
  • AI Solutions: AI tools and models such as Claude and Gemini, APIs, Python and JavaScript.
  • Integrations & Automation: MCP integrations, Workato, Cleo, Retool and connections between business applications.

Previous experience with these technologies is not required. We value curiosity, initiative and the willingness to learn.

What we are looking for

  • A strong interest in technology, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI or automation.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to break challenges into smaller steps, investigate issues and explore different solutions.
  • A hands-on approach and enthusiasm for building, experimenting and learning by doing.
  • Curiosity about business needs and how technology can solve real-world problems.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to ask questions, collaborate with others and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • A sense of ownership, attention to detail and a responsible approach to handling information.
  • Basic familiarity with programming concepts, operating systems or networking fundamentals, acquired through studies, personal projects or independent learning.
  • An interest in learning about tools such as Python, JavaScript, APIs, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and AI.

We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow, rather than someone who already knows every technology in the stack.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Hybrid work schedule and half Fridays.
  • First-class private health insurance.
  • Flexible compensation tickets valid for transportation, childcare, and restaurant/food delivery apps.
  • A variety of breakfast and lunch dishes every day at a discounted price in our canteen.

Please submit your resume in English.
