About the role
We are looking for a motivated and technology-driven professional to join our IT & Data Management team.
This role combines IT administration, AI and digitalisation projects, and internal data bases support. You will help maintain our IT infrastructure, support colleagues with technical issues, and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of innovative AI solutions across the business.
This role is a great opportunity to gain development within a dynamic and diverse team. Some of the key tasks you will be involved with are:
AI & Digitalisation (~30%)
- Research and identify opportunities to use AI and automation across the business.
- Support the testing and implementation of AI tools and digital solutions.
- Assist colleagues in adopting new technologies and digital workflows.
- Monitor AI developments and propose ideas for improving business processes.
- Help create training materials and user guidance for AI solutions.
- Participate in digitalisation projects across different departments.
IT Administration & User Support (~50%)
- Provide first, second-level IT support for employees.
- Assist with hardware setup and configuration (laptops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices).
- Support software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective.
- Help maintain IT documentation, user guides, and internal procedures.
- Support the coordination of external IT service providers when needed.
Internal Data Bases Support (~10%)
- Support the maintenance and quality of business data and databases.
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Contribute to process improvements and data quality initiatives.
- Support documentation and administrative tasks related to databases.
- Assist with data summaries, reporting activities, also imports, exports.

Qualifications and Key Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Informatics, a related field or a completed apprenticeship in IT e.g. IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent.
- Initial practical experience.
- Strong interest in technology and innovation: Interest in IT administration, AI technologies, automation, and digital transformation.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and end-user support.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
- General IT troubleshooting skills and basic knowledge of databases or reporting tools are beneficial.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented, confident and positive appearance as well as open to having fun working in a team.
