We are looking for a resourceful and people-oriented IT Administrator to own the full spectrum of IT operations across our organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role spanning day-to-day helpdesk support, systems automation, device management, and identity administration. You will be a key part of scaling our IT function as the company grows.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests across Windows and macOS environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues with a focus on speed and user satisfaction
- Manage the IT helpdesk queue, prioritizing tickets to minimize downtime across the organization
Automation & Process Improvement
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual IT tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Build and maintain scripts (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to streamline workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, and software provisioning
Identity & Access Management
- Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions across O365/Exchange, Google Workspace, and SSO platforms using SAML and SCIM protocols
- Own the joiner/mover/leaver process in partnership with HR, ensuring timely and accurate access provisioning and deprovisioning via Rippling or similar platforms
Device & Inventory Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, tracking, and retirement
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware and software assets
Systems & Network
- Support network infrastructure including troubleshooting connectivity issues for in-office and remote employees
- 4+ years of experience in an IT Administrator, IT Generalist, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS administration
- Proficiency in O365/Exchange and Google Workspace administration
- Experience with SSO configuration and management (SAML, SCIM)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach to support
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work in-office (Midtown-NYC) at least 3 days per week
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Experience with Rippling MDM
- Experience with SentinelOne or similar endpoint security platforms
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Relevant certifications (Google Workspace Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA Network+, etc.)
- Comfortable in an on-call rotation for off-hours support
