The IT Administrator II will play a vital role in the global day-to-day operations in the management of Centric Software’s IT service desk, endpoints, asset, procurement, projects, identify management. This position will be a partner with HR with employee life cycle management and Corporate Security. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our IT operations run smoothly, efficiently, and securely. You will partner with departments to ensure IT operations maintain compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our service desk and operations teams.
- Respond to and resolve service desk requests promptly and efficiently.
- Enhance integration with Azure AD, OKTA and on-premises AD.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage projects and define processes.
- Monitor systems and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Maintain and improve security through regular auditing and administration of access controls.
- Install, manage, and provide technical support for hardware and software configuration.
- Respond to and resolve service desk requests promptly and efficiently.
- Upgrade systems as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
- Perform routine systems administration as needed.
- Install and test computer-related equipment for Proof-of-Concepts.
- Continuously improve technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies & procedures
- Assists in the evaluation of the performance of the department in meeting objectives, and determining where costs can be reduced, what can be improved and what should be changed.
- As needed travel to worldwide offices
- Onboarding and Offboarding procurement, access, and IT Orientations
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree related to Information Technology or an associate degree accompanied by relevant Microsoft Expert Certifications with an or 6 years of experience as a subject matter expert in:
- Microsoft 365 Administration with Microsoft Azure, Intune, and conditional access policies.
- Endpoint management.
- Procurement.
- Vendor management.
- Scripting in PowerShell.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to work with vendors or consultants to outsource special expertise.
- Relevant Microsoft Expert Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert and or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
