  • You're building knowledge and taking on greater ownership over time, in security, infrastructure, or wherever your interest takes you.
  • Central IT projects and the Azure estate are well managed, with your contribution visible across the wider IT team.
  • Cyber Essentials Plus certification is maintained, IT is resilient, and emerging threats are being actively monitored and flagged.

What You'll Do
  • Administer and manage core business systems, networks, storage, and security.
  • Manage the IT asset register, keeping records accurate and up to date.
  • Handle user management across all systems, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide IT support in person and remotely for colleagues across a broad range of hardware, software, and AV queries.
  • Maintain up-to-date patching across all laptops and related software.
  • Manage, configure, and support audio-visual equipment across the office.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT and security policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, tooling, and documentation, through automation wherever possible.
  • Contribute to central IT projects, business systems, infrastructure, and Azure estate management.
  • Take an active role in working with the CISO to manage Cyber Essentials Plus certification, ensuring IT is resilient and monitoring and alerting on emerging threats and mitigations.

Working at Bright
The software is genuinely good — and when you're in a support role, that matters. You're not apologising for the product; you're helping colleagues get the most out of tools that are built to make working lives easier.
The culture is collaborative and human. We've grown a lot, but it still feels like a place where people know each other and look out for one another. You're taken care of.
There's real autonomy here. We invest heavily in AI and emerging technology, which means the pace is fast and the opportunities to learn are genuine — not theoretical.
It's a place where curious people thrive.
