A leading company in the financial technology (Fin-tech) sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a secure and efficient IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and cloud-based systems. This role is essential to supporting the company's workforce and ensuring seamless remote operations.

  • IT Champion: Establish and maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure to support our workforce.
  • Microsoft 365 Expertise: Securely configure and manage user accounts, email (Exchange Online), file storage (OneDrive & SharePoint Online), and other relevant O365 services.
  • New System Implementation: Research, evaluate, and implement new cloud-based IT systems to support TXP's growth and business needs, ensuring seamless access and functionality.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to safeguard company data, user accounts, and adhere to relevant financial regulations.
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Establish and maintain reliable cloud-based backup procedures for all data, ensuring swift recovery in case of any disruptions.
  • User Support: Provide remote technical support to employees for all their IT needs, troubleshooting issues related to MS 365 and any new systems implemented.
  • Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency for remote operations.
  • Stay Informed: Proactively stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends, security threats, and best practices in the financial technology industry, with a focus on remote work solutions.


  • Requirements
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar IT role, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience managing Microsoft O365 in remote environments.
  • Proven ability to research, evaluate, and implement cloud-based IT systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide remote support effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to IT security and system maintenance.
  • Proficient in English to read and communicate effectively to understand and meet our needs.
