Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Hybrid in Ortigas / 8am to 5pm NZT
Role Overview:
We are seeking a hard-working Administrative Assistant to work for an I.T. Procurement and Service company based in NZ. The successful candidate will work together with a small team of hard working individuals who will collectively be responsible for much of the day-to-day activity of the company's online IT store. Quality of work, exceptional vocal and written English and attention to detail needs to be of the highest standard and you will be required to communicate directly with customers, suppliers and NZ based staff through email, phone and live chat.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Processing, monitoring, and updating of daily sales orders.
• Processing, monitoring and troubleshooting of customer return enquiries and return ticket system
• Monitoring and updating of customer back orders
• Monitoring and updating of orders with overdue payment
• Supplying courier tracking information and liaising with both suppliers and customers for any delivery queries.
• Updating and analysing daily stock levels and prices from our suppliers.
• Responsible for any emails received to the administrative inbox.
• Adding/editing new and existing products to our website by taking content from our suppliers & vendors websites as well as sourcing picture and video content from sources such as google and youtube.
• Identifying, creating and monitoring supplier and vendor product promotions on our website.
What You’ll Need:
• At least 1-2 years experience handling BPO order processing/e-commerce (chat, email, and calls)
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal to communicate with company, suppliers and internal NZ team (C1 or C2 (Advanced / Proficient) - English Assessment)
• Adept understanding of IT products (Hardware and software)
• Process driven with a high attention to detail
