Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze the digital transformation budget quarterly.
- Optimize assets and service desk performance to reduce cost and time waste.
- Streamline PR/PO cycles across all department sections.
- Ensure 90%+ SLA compliance and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Track all invoices and payments while handling department needs.
Requirements
- Communications Skills, Conflict Management, and Customer Service Skills.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking.
- Basic financial knowledge, including the CAPEX and OPEX details.
- Professional in managing internal communications.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office Applications.
