In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
SAP Skills
Work across multiple disciplines to ensure orders are entered, forwarded to the correct entity, scheduled, and executed in a timely manner
Checking
Ensure sales orders have been entered correctly to ensure correct product specification, agreed delivery, certification, and documentation requirements
Processes
Responsible to understand and bring to light discrepancies in tasks assigned and propose options to resolve
Communication
Ability to work across departments to provide answers to customers regarding their purchase orders.
Who You Are:
Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or customer service preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to work effectively across teams.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Suitable degree in business related field or equivalent experience
Preferred 1+ year in the flow control industry with knowledge of valve and actuation applications or related knowledge of fluid mechanics and electro-mechanical equipment
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience using MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Experience using Oracle applications** Highly Preferred
Experience using SAP** Highly Preferred
Ability to remain calm under pressure, acknowledge mistakes, and possess emotional intelligence/diplomacy
Ability to manage time and carry out orders efficiently and effectively
Effectively work across company departments to produce quick results
