Job Description

We are looking for an Issuance Automation Solution Specialist to join our Issuance team.

This role will build and maintain the systems, automations, and dashboards that enable our inventory operations to scale efficiently. You’ll work across Issuance Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and regional teams to reduce manual work, improve inventory accuracy, and support reliable product launches.

In the first six months, you’ll focus on automating key workflows. Longer term, you’ll own the inventory management tools and reporting, while continuously improving stock availability, lead times, and supply chain efficiency.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems with data, systems, and automation.

What you’ll do

Platforms & automation

  • Own the architecture, development, and ongoing maintenance of our inventory management system.

  • Design workflows that allow inventory operations to scale without creating additional manual work for the team.

  • Build monitoring and alerting requirements for inventory risks, including stock shortages, potential stock-outs, delayed arrivals, and unproduced cards.

Inventory management & optimisation

  • Develop methodologies for just-in-time stock replenishment and determine appropriate reorder quantities.

  • Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities to minimise both low-stock risk and excess inventory.

  • Build visibility into purchase orders, stock arrivals, and outstanding inventory requirements.

Reporting & inventory health

  • Define the key metrics used to evaluate inventory health and operational performance.

  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide clear visibility into stock health, shortages, ageing, arrivals, and other relevant operational metrics.

  • Own inventory-related reporting for management on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Operational & launch support

  • Support regional launches alongside Product Specialists and other cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure inventory, operational workflows, and tracking mechanisms are ready ahead of launch.

  • Improve processes based on lessons learned from launches and ongoing operations.

What success looks like

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • A clear and continuously improving automation roadmap for Issuance operations.

  • Significant reduction in manual and spreadsheet-based work across the team.

  • High accuracy and reliability of inventory records and reconciliation.

  • Improved visibility into inventory health, stock risks, purchase orders, and arrivals.

  • Scalable operational processes that can support additional products and markets without proportional increases in team workload.

  • Timely and actionable inventory reporting for business reviews and decision-making.

  • Strong operational readiness and execution for regional product launches.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who combines strong operational thinking with an ability to build practical systems and analyse data.

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Experience in operations, supply chain, inventory management, business operations, or process automation.

  • Experience using Airtable, including linked databases, formulas, automations, interfaces, and workflow design.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with operational datasets.

  • Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, or operational metrics.

  • An ability to translate manual business processes into scalable and automated workflows.

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with inventory, reconciliations, financial records, or operational data.

  • Experience investigating operational issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable improvements.

  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.

  • A continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in finding simpler, faster, and more scalable ways of working.

Qualifications

  • You’re eligible to work in Singapore, we don’t support visa nor relocation support (including residency permits) for this role

  • You’re comfortable working within teams that face complex issues and take charge in difficult situations, such as engineers or product teams.

  • You are a problem-solver, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and driving continuous improvement.

  • You have experience optimizing processes with internal and external partners, focusing on KPIs and SLAs.

  • You know how to use data to prioritise tasks that have the most value-add to customers' and measure the impact.

  • You prioritize customers and take initiative to drive results.

  • A strong communicator, you adapt your style to different audiences.

  • You foster an open, collaborative team environment and are passionate about technology and customer experience.

  • Skilled at building relationships, you work closely with product teams and external partners, staying curious and committed to learning.

  • Bonus: You’ve worked in card manufacturing or have experience with supply-chain/delivery optimisation.
