Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

Assist the unit emulator Program Manager with development and standardization for emulator training programs.
-
Manage resolution of hardware and software issues and submits discrepancy reports on the 16 AF Emulator Sharepoint on SIPR.

Configure NIPR workstations for receiving updates via the Air Force Network.
-
Manage, create, modify, delete, remove accounts to include user access, organizational mailboxes, distribution, and security groups, and assigns roles and permissions to object requirements based on least privilege and duty obligations.

Identify system issues, report outages and degradations to the Capabilities Help Desk, and coordinate with Greenway Contractors to troubleshoot and resolve high-side system assets.

Address network access roles and permissions for new unit members and coordinates with the Capabilities help desk on granting least privilege user rights to users.

Publish and update TEMPEST diagram requirements of all Information Technology assets and identifies equipment based on system classification (i.e., UNCLASSIFIED/CLASSIFIED), spacing requirements, and bldg./floor/room location layout.

Maintain an inventory of all JWICS assets such as Desktops, NSTS VoIP Phones, Video Teleconferencing equipment and network switches, and Tactical Local Area Network Enclave (TACLANE) devices and physical locations of every device.

Maintain inventory of all COMSEC material and coordinate with the 100th Communications Squadron on monthly crypto issuance.

Provide annual/semi-annual training obligations for all members on the access list.
Your Qualifications at a Glance:

Must currently be located in the UK w/ current VISA.

Active TS/SCI clearance on day one.

Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience (additional experience may be considered for a degree).

Direct Support Operator experience.

DoDD 8571.1 Information Assurance Manager Level 1 Certification.
