Job Description

Finance lead for Israel IFP business (Family Care & KCP), partnering with the Israel Commercial Leads and driving financial performance across the KCP EMEA business. As P&L owner, responsibility to lead, challenge and influence business planning, commercial analysis and key strategic decisions to ensure results delivery in both current year and 3-year SBP timeframe.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

  • Co-pilot and P&L ownership for Israel IFP business alongside Israel Commercial Leads
  • Team leader responsibility for KCP Business Analyst in IL
  • Development of ABP and SBP for Israel IFP, set challenging goals and targets and ensure consistent delivery of financial commitments on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis
  • Ownership of top-line forecast and commercial analysis to support strategy execution, strengthen in-market performance and improve overall decision making to deliver both top line growth and margin improvement
  • Financial leadership across Family Care commercial finance including Revenue Management, Innovation & Portfolio Mgmt, Investment ROI (A&P and Capex)
  • Collaborate across Finance function within IL/EMEA IFP: EM CFO, Delivered Cost, Controllership, GBS, MID with a “CFO mindset” for IL IFP business

Leadership Competencies / Qualifications

  • Accounting qualified with 7+ years professional experience in Commercial Finance with at least 3 years in leadership positions with increased responsibility for results delivery, initiatives & strategic decision making.
  • FMCG experience with strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of Israel retail environment, experience in strategy development, revenue management, solving complex problems, decision making
  • Strong data management skills, attention to detail /accuracy and proven capability to lead, prioritize and deliver high-quality output under time pressure
  • Proven ability to lead, challenge and influence across functional boundaries – at senior levels of the organization – and deliver results
  • Clear and compelling communication – both written and verbal.
  • Track record for building talent
