Position Summary 

As the ISOFLEX® Project Manager / Technical Manager, you will play a key role in the development and launch of innovative solutions based on Isoflex® Active in Spain. As part of the Marketing team, this role combines project management, technical coordination, and gotomarket execution. 

You will work crossfunctionally with Marketing, Sales, Business Development and external stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and strong market positioning. In parallel, you will provide technical leadership to align development, registration and commercial activities across the country. 

 

Location: Madrid, Spain 

 

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate, monitor and optimise the Isoflex® 360 launch plan and related project management activities 

  • Lead crossfunctional coordination between Marketing, Sales and external stakeholders for product launches 

  • Support implementation and followup of customer trial plans in collaboration with technical, marketing and sales teams 

  • Develop and adapt communication and promotional tools aligned with Spanish and European strategies 

  • Structure and track launch plans by customer, ensuring effective execution and performance monitoring 

  • Analyse, format and communicate market data to support decisionmaking 

  • Contribute to marketing action plans, defining KPIs and timelines for campaigns 

  • Coordinate technical activities in Spain, supporting development plans, registrations and new product introductions 

 

 

Mandatory Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture or related field, ideally with a specialisation in Marketing or Project Management 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in technical, marketing or project management roles within the plant protection sector 

  • Strong knowledge of the Spanish agricultural market, plant protection industry and distribution channels 

  • Solid project management skills, including planning, coordination and use of structured methodologies 

  • Fluent English (written and spoken), with the ability to work effectively in international environments 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights 

  • Excellent communication skills, including confidence in presenting to internal and external audiences 

  • Proficiency in project management and business tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Gantt charts, RACI, Waterfall, Agile, Prince2 or similar)  

 

Skills Required
