ISC Production Supervisor

In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing performance by ensuring production goals are met, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a safe and collaborative work environment that supports operational excellence.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflow.

• Experience in supervising production or manufacturing teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control methods.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with manufacturing systems and tools used for production planning and monitoring.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership roles, with Level 3 (or higher) operator qualification.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling software.
