ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve operational goals and maintain safety standards.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflow.

YOU MUST HAVE- Experience in supervising production or manufacturing teams in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control methods.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and tools used for production planning and monitoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership roles, with Level 3 (or higher) operator qualification.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling software.
