As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes at our designated site. - Experience in leading teams, managing schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- BA/BS in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in supply chain or integrated supply chain environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Good organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
