As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee production operations within the integrated supply chain to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes. You will manage production teams, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and productivity targets.
You will report directly to our Site Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the overall production efficiency and product quality, contributing to the seamless flow of the supply chain and supporting Honeywell’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise daily production activities ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management functions and manufacturing processes/operations
- Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and technologies in supply chain management.
