The Role
Supervise daily production activities at the Torrance facility, manage and develop the production team, implement and monitor schedules, and lead continuous improvement to meet targets, quality, and safety standards.

You will report directly to our Operation Manager and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a full-time on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and effectiveness of our production operations, directly contributing to the success of our business by ensuring that we meet customer demands and maintain high-quality standards.

ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise daily production activities and manage the production team to achieve operational goals.
  • Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety in the production process.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

•    6+ years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.
•    Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
•    Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices.
•    Proficiency in using production management software and ERP systems.
•    Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions.

The annual base salary range for this position in Torrance, CA is $78,600-$98,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
