What you’ll doManage the ISA transfer process, inbound and outbound settlement.
Assist and train customer care to handle ISA enquiries.
Chase counterparties to speed up pending or slow transfers.
Escalate ISA issues and ensure they’re resolved.
Assist the product team with ISA-related product improvements.
Collaborate with trading operations, compliance, and IT teams on ISA-related matters.
Document and review ISA transfer metrics.
Minimum 1 year of experience with ISA products.
