  • Lead the review and sign-off of complex UHNW individual and family office tax compliance engagements, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and appropriate risk management
  • Research and advise on complex tax matters to optimize clients' tax positions and support their broader financial, investment, and wealth planning objectives
  • Lead engagement teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of client work while effectively managing engagement economics, timelines, and quality
  • Serve as a strategic and trusted advisor to clients, family offices, attorneys, investment advisors, and other members of clients' professional advisory teams

  • Lead, coach, and develop junior professionals while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of tax law and regulatory developments affecting ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, and related entities
  • Leverage tax technology, software, and data to improve the quality and efficiency of client service delivery
  • Incorporate tax transformation and technology-enabled solutions into team operations and client engagements
  • Contribute thought leadership and technical expertise within the UHNW, private client, and family office marketplace

Qualifications:

  • Experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, including complex individual income tax compliance and planning
  • Demonstrated experience with family offices and related entities, trusts, estates, partnerships, investment structures, and/or wealth transfer planning
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax matters affecting UHNW individuals and families
  • Experience leading and reviewing complex tax compliance engagements and managing multiple client relationships
  • Proven ability to identify client needs, advise on complex matters, and develop long-term trusted relationships with clients and their external advisors
