About the role – Ireland Office Commercial Coordinator

Reporting to the Ireland Commercial Lead, this role is responsible for office management and supporting commercial operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales ops

  • Manage offsite meetings

  • Lead cadence of internal and external meetings

  • Diary and expense support for Ireland Commercial Lead

  • Execute Inclusion and Wellbeing events

  • Manage Ireland fleet

  • PO Super user, and T&E reporting

  • Lead small projects

  • Manage multiple priorities to achieve agreed timelines

Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders

  • Comfortable using IT systems and willing to learn new tools (e.g. Concur, Ariba, Fiori)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an office support, coordinator, or administrative role

  • Experience working in a shared office environment

  • Familiarity with procurement, expense, or finance systems

Location – this role is based in: Dublin, Ireland
