Job Summary
Experienced knowledge of daily operations and the bill only program to include processing Individual Patient Solutions product. Provides training to new and existing team members to include IPS Bill Only processes. Ensures work processes are trained to standards through controlled procedures.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Coordinates training and development with both Bill Only teams. Ensures training is proficient and evaluations communicated to supervisor.
- Assists with IPS Gate data entry as needed.
- Assists the team in gathering shipping information for daily IPS shipments.
- Works with other departments on IPS shipment deliveries.
- Resolves complicated discrepancies for bills and prepares approved bills for invoicing.
- Able to perform all essential IPS bill only duties and responsibilities, including billing corrections against invoices and resolving advanced billing discrepancies.
- Contributes and assists with process improvement initiatives.
- Assists with updated controlled Work Instructions.
- Assists with testing when needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Educational and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- Use of SAP preferred but not required
