Role: IPO Senior Specialist
Grade : Temporary
Location: Abu Dhabi - Al Bateen Building
Reports direct to : Shareholders Services Lead Specialist
Key Accountabilities of the role
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answering incoming calls in regards of IPO inquiries.
2. Providing branches with support in answering queries regarding IPO.
3. Data Entry.
RESULTS REQUIERD:
1. Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
