We are looking for an IP Renewals Analyst to join our IP Renewals Team in Belgrade. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about the IP industry. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- C1 level of English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- Work experience on the similar position will be considered as advantage
- Outstanding attention to detail and capability to focus on completing tasks and assignments under pressure with precision
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Paralegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent are considered as a bonus
What will you be doing in this role?
- Dealing with foreign/domestic patent, while respecting the customer deadlines, customer specificities, internal procedures, quality standards and KPIs.
- Performing data verification and checking whether information provided by customers is in accordance with information found on IP databases. Creating reports of IP matters for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibility to meet both internal and external deadlines.
- Obtaining deep understanding of the maintenance workflow in order to collaborate with other teams at every stage of the process. Achieving deep knowledge of all national IP databases in order to be a reference point for other teams.
- Supporting patent related projects
- Working together with the team and other departments of the company at every stage of the process
- Performing other duties and special projects as necessary – may involve handling confidential and sensitive material
- Proactively recommending improvements as well as corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risks. Participating in creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and a team spirit by training, assisting and monitoring new colleagues
About the Team
Our team consists of seven experienced members, including one Subject Matter Expert (SME) and one Manager, all with over four years of tenure in the company. Established in Belgrade in 2019, the team specializes in Data Verification services, ensuring accuracy and reliability across our clients patent portfolios.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
