We are seeking a driven and passionate IP Product Operations Manager (within the IP Product Group) to join our team, highly skilled in project and customer relationship management as well as executive communication. Experience with Compute IP products with a background in Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem IPs, or GPU IPs from a customer focused perspective is preferred. As an IP Product Operations Manager, you will be responsible for aligning the strategy, development and tracking of the customer journey with our IP products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Program Management, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, and Sales, to ensure the delivery of world-class Accelerated Compute IP solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
This role is remote, based out of Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; Fort Collins, CO or Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive the coordination and communication with the Customer and the IP Product Team, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Export
- Align individual product milestones, deliverables and customer engagement plans based on overarching product strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including architects, design teams, software engineers and product managers to drive the agreed actions to completion
- Establish and maintain processes to track the program goals, objectives, and deliverables specific to the signed statement of Works and the deliverables with the customer
- Enable and maintain systems to provide engineering support for the IP Product
- Communicate program status, updates, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting the unique considerations and complexities
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the Tenstorrent Product and Development teams in hardware and Software
- Conduct regular program reviews, evaluating performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions, establish Service Level Agreements with Customer with a define escalation path and agreed Turn Around Times
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in IP Product roles, specifically with architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem or GPU IPs and relevant AI technologies used in Inference and Training applications
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor IP industry, how IP is adopted and integrated into SoCs
- Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing complex IP products throughout their lifecycle
- Extensive working knowledge of program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, JAMA etc.
Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
