Job Description:

Lattice Semiconductor is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, planning, and go-to-market execution for our industry-leading FPGA IP solutions. This is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of technology, product management, engineering, and customer engagement, offering the opportunity to influence product direction, drive business growth, and shape the future of FPGA-based solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and a passion for delivering customer-centric products that enable success across a broad range of applications.

Responsibilities
  • Define product and IP feature requirements that align with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing investments and feature development based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic goals.

  • Partner with engineering, applications, marketing, and sales teams to drive execution of new IP capabilities, including requirements definition, MRD/PRD development, and product reviews.

  • Gather, analyze, and translate customer and ecosystem feedback into actionable product planning recommendations.

  • Drive go-to-market activities for new products and IP releases, including positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, launch planning, and sales enablement.

  • Collaborate with field sales, FAE, and business development teams to support customer engagements, design wins, and revenue growth.

  • Track market opportunities, pipeline progression, and business performance against key objectives.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for FPGA IP technologies, competitive offerings, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, applications engineering, design engineering, or a related technical role.

  • Technical knowledge of one or more of the following areas: High-speed serial interfaces and protocols Video and display connectivity Embedded processing systems Image processing and computer vision.

  • Experience defining product requirements, developing PRDs/MRDs, or influencing product roadmaps.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical, customer, and business considerations.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences.

  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
