Responsibilities :
Take ownership of projects requiring custom solutions and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Identifying customer requirements and gathering all relevant details from stakeholders, data sources and suppliers to determine the feasibility of the project.
Meet with suppliers to design and source custom products to meet customer requirements.
Perform product testing and validation to ensure that the custom solution is reliable, compliant to the necessary standards and meets the customers expectations.
Lead all IoT related work and projects.
Provide after-sales support to customers to assist with any technical or product related issues after project completion.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience in product engineering, project management, and working with custom solutions.
Strong proficiency in IoT, vehicle electronics, and integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and navigate complex technical challenges.
Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
Familiarity with wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams and technical drawings.
Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective English communication in professional settings, both written and verbal
