Teal Communications, Inc. is an IoT networking company located in Seattle, Washington that is looking for an experienced smart, humble and hungry IoT Account Executive to join our team.
We're looking for a motivated IoT Account Executive to join the team. Responsibilities would include networking and prospecting to identify and close new business. Typical target markets include OEMs, System Integrators, and other connectivity agent channel partners. The Account Executive will build deep, consultative technical relationships with customers contributing to revenue growth through a clear articulation of the Teal value proposition. Customer testimonials and a list of target accounts a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts and pipeline
- Develop individual skill set and expand product knowledge to become a trusted advisor
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo to network with potential customers to achieve and exceed monthly metrics
- Always be learning and gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses across the IoT space operate, leadership structures, pain points and challenges.
- Participate in weekly team enablement and training programs.
- Work with cross functional teams like marketing, customer success, and product development.
- Have strong organizational capabilities for pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings.
- Ability to think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease.

Qualifications:
- Highly motivated hunter/go-getter who is energetic
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience in high tech sales
- Technologically proficient in IoT related Industry including Infrastructure, Cloud, Modules, Platforms, eSIM and the Internet of Things (IoT) Industry.
- Experience at all levels of solution selling, business development, and sales relationship management.
- Demonstrated success of meeting and exceeded sales targets.
- Solid business acumen
- Strong executive presence
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work efforts simultaneously in a dynamic work environment.
- Salesforce Proficiency
- Ability to travel
Compensation & Other Details:
