Job Title: Senior iOS Software Engineer

About the Role
As a member of the engineering team focused on SketchUp for iPad, you’ll be working to continue to deliver a delightful and powerful experience for our SketchUp for iPad product in order to allow people to optimally express and communicate their ideas. We’re looking for someone who is highly skilled, motivated, collaborative -- and pretty low-key about it all. You should already have some experience writing scalable native mobile applications and have a ‘quality-first’ mindset, and you’re excited to roll up your sleeves for the next big challenge.
What You Will Do
Implement software solutions that are efficient, scalable, and meet the needs of the business.
Lead feature development projects, ensuring complete ownership from design to deployment.
Fix bugs of all levels of complexity across a significant portion of the codebase, utilizing best practices and common patterns.
Act as a leader in code reviews, providing expert guidance and approval in specific code areas.
Create key design documents for projects of significant scope and review others' design docs to establish best architectural practices.
Mentor junior and middle engineers, guiding them in best practices and professional growth.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years as a professional software developer with experience developing rich, graphical iOS applications.
3+ years of experience developing multithreaded mobile applications in Swift and Swift UI using Xcode
Experience developing applications in C++
Experience and/or strong interest in design, graphics, and 3D software
A test-driven development mentality
