What will you do? What are we looking for?
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced applications for the iOS platform.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Developers, and QA to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
- Own the architecture and technical roadmap for the iOS platform.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, driving technical excellence across the team.
- Optimize applications for performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
- Stay current on iOS development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Help define and enforce mobile development standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in iOS development with Swift (Objective-C is a plus).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a lead or senior iOS developer role.
- Strong understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and mobile UX best practices.
- Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and version control systems (Git).
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, etc.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and mobile build/release processes.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SwiftUI and Combine.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks like XCTest.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Published one or more apps on the App Store.
- Knowledge of mobile security and data privacy standards.
- Experience integrating analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 40,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 140,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
