We are looking for an IOP Implementation Consultant to support the rollout and adoption of IOP, a proprietary ERP platform used across Product, Purchasing, Quality, Design and Supply Chain processes within the Fashion Retail industry.
Based in China, you will support local commercial offices, suppliers and business teams across various locations nationwide, serving as a key link between local operations and HQ teams in Spain.
The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with users, understands operational challenges, communicates clearly and proactively, and is motivated by helping business teams adopt digital tools that improve the way they work. You should be comfortable acting as a bridge between local operations and global teams, ensuring that feedback, incidents, risks and improvement opportunities are communicated with clarity and business context.
Responsibilities:
- Support implementation and adoption of the IOP platform across business teams and suppliers.
- Deliver user training, onboarding sessions and workshops.
- Provide functional support and resolve user issues.
- Gather feedback, identify process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Process, Technology and Support teams in Spain.
- Facilitate communication between local stakeholders and HQ teams.
- Ensure business needs, incidents and operational challenges are properly documented and escalated.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, digital transformation, software rollouts, functional consulting or business support.
- Strong understanding of business processes and user adoption.
- Experience working directly with business users and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and improvement proposals.
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese and professional-level English.
- Availability for travel within China and occasional travel to Spain.

- Experience in Fashion Retail, PLM, Product Development, Purchasing, Quality or Supply Chain.
- Experience in international projects and multicultural environments.
- Spanish language skills.
