Managing and Leading HZ R&D team to become a world-class Interventional Solution Innovator in both Embolic and Ablation.
Areas of Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall management, work planning and performance appraisal of the R&D team, and build a professional R&D team with strong innovation, research & development and engineering capabilities in the interventional field.
  • Establish and improve the full life-cycle R&D process system of iLiKang in compliance with NMPA regulations in alignment with the global R&D systems of Siemens Healthineers and Varian, and lead its implementation and continuous improvement, including but not limited to DMF, DHF, DND, etc.
  • Conduct product portfolio analysis for the HZ factory, including but not limited to market research and analysis for new product projects, formulation of implementation plans, and project advancement.
  • Lead and implement equipment selection, trial production, improvement and process development required for new projects.
  • Be responsible for process and technical improvement of existing products; track market feedback and technological development, identify product advantages and formulate product improvement plans.
  • Approve, drive and implement major R&D projects, including but not limited to high-tech enterprise application and key R&D projects.
  • Provide technical support and decision-making assistance for enterprise product and design quality, and organize the implementation of technical improvements.
  • Be responsible for product transfer (U.S.) and all NPI (New Product Introduction) production preparation work, including assisting in production line setup, process development, equipment selection, installation and commissioning, personnel training, etc.
  • Collaborate with and provide necessary support to the U.S. headquarters R&D and manufacturing engineering teams, and gradually establish R&D and manufacturing engineering systems in line with VIO global standards.
  • Conduct external technical exchanges and communication, and address technical issues related to suppliers.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the leadership.
