What will you work on?
- Process daily invoicing for Spin Master Mexico
- Domestic
- Intercompany
- Reviews that all the invoices have the correct information per customer
- Process all credit notes related to goods returns (inventory/operations)
- Reconciles Month-End Sales
- Makes sure that we have the same invoicing information in accounting as in tax invoicing
- Monitor processes and controls, which, together with the manager, ensure compliance in the invoicing team.
How will you create impact?
Process daily invoicing for Spin Master Mexico (Domestic, Intercompany)
Reviews that all the invoices have the correct information per customer
Process all credit notes related to goods returns (inventory/operations)
Responsible for all accounts, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Monitor processes and controls, which, together with the manager, ensure compliance in the invoicing team.
Responsible for attending, responding, and completing requests for Internal Control and external audits (DTT) in conjunction with the Supply Finance team and the manager, coordinating that there are no non-compliances.
What are your skills and experience?
- Education in administrative area in financial matters
- 3 years of experience in invoicing knowledge and activities
- Knowledge and experience with the ERP system
- Spoken and written English (Intermediate)
