- Invoice billing.
- Reconciling FX invoice data with customers and suppliers every month, and issuing FX invoice.
- Preparing E-book and uploading to tax office system.
- Preparing invoice list for VAT/WVAT declarations monthly.
- Support monthly tax declaration and CIT declaration
- Other internal requirement (if any)
- University degree (BS/MS) in Business Administration, Economics or related departments.
- Have good tax knowledge on VAT, WHT, Stamp Duty, e-invoice, e-Book, etc.
- Experienced in billing management and issuing invoice.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills, and able to work in a team environment.
- Flexible, and able to adapt to corporate culture.
- Data analyze, analytical thinking, proactive and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skill (Excel & Word)
- Good command of English.(Speaking, reading, writing)
