Job Title: Manager, Supplier Operations – NALI and PAB

Supplier Operations is a function within Unilever’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization, closely integrated with the Procurement function. It oversees end-to-end supplier engagement processes – from contracting through payment and supplier data management – to ensure efficient, compliant operations worldwide. The scope of Supplier Operations includes Contract-to-Pay activities, Vendor Master Data management, Non Strategic Sourcing including fulfilment, Accounts Payable services, and Travel & Expenses processes. By consolidating these areas under one umbrella, Supplier Operations ensures seamless supplier onboarding, accurate transaction processing, and timely payments across all regions. It plays a key role in bridging Procurement strategy with flawless operational execution.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibility of this role is to lead the S2P Market Operations & transformation by partnering with business and stakeholders to deliver benchmarking operational delivery, superior experience and transformation.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Ensuring smooth running of invoice to pay operations via
• Delivery of KPIs and continuous improvement of operational KPIs
• Escalation management
• Stakeholder Management within the markets including controllers, procurement and market leadership
• Ensure Controls compliance in operations including adherence to local statutory norms and lead market audits
• Drive global and local cost initiatives to ensure delivery of cost and cash glidepaths
• Drive change and operations governance of global and local transformation programs
• Led transformation programs to create efficiency and effectiveness for the organization.
• Manage 3rd party stakeholders to deliver the best in class results
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
Necessary Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
Masters’ degree: MBA or similar qualification
P2P process and operations experience

• Analytical skills
• Good business acumen and ability to understand business situations, especially wrt Accounts Payable Process, Vendor Onboarding, Contracting and Procurement
• Good command and understanding of Financial Controls, especially UL GFCF
• Adept in senior stakeholder management, project management
• Strong People Management skills, across verticals
• Understanding of payment practices, E Invoicing, ERS will be an added advantage
